New Patients

Patients of all ages are accepted in our practice and we accept most insurances including workmans compensation. Please call before your first appointment to verify we accept your insurance plan. We are handicapped accessible and have convenient evening and early morning hours.

If possible, please download a   New Patient Form Packet   to save time before your first appointment.

Emergency calls after Hours should be placed to   717-966-9299   and ask for the physician who is on call for Dr. Wellmon. Non life-threatening emergency and all other calls during office Hours should be placed to our office at  717-532-3211.   Non emergent calls during off hours should be delayed until when the office is open.

New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to register and complete paperwork. Existing patients are asked to arrive by their time of their appointment. Please call us if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Medications needing refills should be called in no later than 24 hours before required. Pain medications can not be filled for new patients without having received transfer records.

Pictures or video are not permitted to be taken in the waiting room or during an office visit without permission. Patients are expected to respect the privacy of other patients and not share any private conversations or matters they observe while in the office.

Copays are expected to be paid at each visit. Copays that are not collected at the visit and are billed will be subject to an additional $7 billing fee. Please notify our office within 24 hours to cancel any appointment to avoid a $25 no-show charge.
