Diagnostic services

We provide a variety of diagnostic testing. These tests include: ECG, 24 hour holter monitoring,  pulmonary function testing, visual acuity screening,  urine analysis, rapid strep and influenza, cholesterol, and HGBA1C. We also have an in-house INR clinic for those patients who require long treatment with Coumadin (Warfarin). For our patients convenience we offer many office procedures including minor office surgical procedures, cryotherapy.

We are housed in a modern facility that mirrors the quality of care you can expect to receive within. We offer inhouse phlebotomy for all of your laboratory testing needs.

Services available

In addition to a full Family Practice, we are able to manage many complex medical problems such as behavioral health, dermatologic or skin conditions, diabetes, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, depression, anxiety, obesity, and Lyme disease to name a few. We offer routine gynecologic care, prostate cancer screening, and colon cancer screening.  For our patients convenience we offer many office procedures including minor office surgical procedures for skin lesions, and cryotherapy.  Geriatrics and geriatric psychiatry, palliative care, travel medicine, pre-sports participation, pre-employment physicals, and school physicals round out our menu of services.  We are able to complete DOT physicals for both commercial and bus drivers.

Clinical Care Management

Our practice has a full time dedicated nurse serving as a Clinical Care Manager. She delivers specialized services to our patients who require extra care and oversight, which is unique and not found in most practices. Chronic care management, Emergency Room visit follow-up, and Hospital discharge follow-up care are the primary missions met through this service.
