Heather Crider, LPN

Heather Crider is a Shippensburg native, and became an LPN in 2009. Her career has primarily been with the elderly population, whom she has always loved. As a Chronic Care Manager, she helps patients and their families navigate through their chronic health conditions and healthcare needs. Our goal is to manage symptoms, limit hospitalizations, and help give our patients the best quality of life, to keep them as independent as possible.

Kara Collingsworth, RN

Kara Collingsworth, RN is board certified by the PA State Board of Nursing, and is part of the Chronic Care Management team. She attended and graduated from Wilson College in 2021, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree. She enjoys working with the elderly and building therapeutic relationships with her patients. She was born and raised in Shippensburg PA, where she continues to reside. Kara is excited to start building patient relationships in the Shippensburg community. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fiance, playing with her four dogs, and traveling.
